Remember those Fourth of July potluck celebrations?
The ones you would drive to at the butt crack of dawn, and spend all day eating, and playing, and having water fights, and eating, and watching fireworks, and eating?
Do you remember one time where there weren't deviled eggs?
They are about as American as hot dogs and potato salad!
So make some up, and eat them, and share them with your friends - they are good!
What you will need:
(I made 16 - 8 eggs, you can adjust for how many you are making)
- 8 eggs
- 1 medium pickle - dill or sweet, your choice
- mayo - about 2-3 tablespoons
- mustard - 1 tsp+
- granulated garlic
- fresh/dried parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika (optional)
