- 4 pieces of flat bread or naan
- 2 cans Albacore tuna
- 1 heaping tablespoon Best Foods mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 4 scallions chopped
- 1/2 packet Lipton French Onion soup mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large tomato, sliced thin
- sliced cheddar cheese
Top the tuna with the sliced tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
Place under the broiler until browned and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, cool and slice into pieces.
