What you need:
- 1 package Frozen Puff Pastry
- 1/2 lb. Sliced Baby Swiss
- 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes
- 1 Bunch Thin Asparagus
- Fresh Basil
- Shredded Parmegano Romano
Slice the tomato thin and place it on paper towels to remove some of the extra moisture.
And cut the asparagus into 1 1/2 - 2" pieces.
And cut the swiss into pieces that will fit on your squares.
Also, chiffonade the basil.
Then layer, beginning with the swiss.
Then the basil.
Then bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes till everything is cooked.
These can be served hot or at room temperature, and as a side dish or an appetizer - they were SOOOO good!
I even took the leftovers to work and ate them for breakfast :)
